As i sit here posting this im feeling high. So i thought i would tell you what i do. Ok, i get out my BM monitor and turn it on (Its a fancy one that dispenses the strips automatically). Anyway i then prick my finger to draw the blood required. I will then let the test strip suck up some of the blood. The BM monitor takes a while to work out the sugar and the result is... 20.6. This means my sugar level is very high and so im starting to feel ill. Ill corect this with 5 units of insulin. Im having a guess but i probably didnt inject enough for my tea several hours ago. Night
